Restaurant Chef, ilios – a stylish indoor‑outdoor restaurant beside an oceanfront pool deck at Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort. The role leads a six‑cook team and reports directly to the Executive Chef.

Minimum 3 years of hotel experience, full availability, and proven leadership.

• Lead daily culinary production: preparation, food quality and presentation, safety and sanitation compliance, team productivity, cost control, and profitability.
• Perform general management duties: systems management, budget and forecasting, report generation, department management, and meeting participation.
• Visually inspect, select, and use quality food and beverage products (fruits, vegetables, meats, fish, and spices).
• Create and implement new menus and individual food items.
• Monitor and develop team member performance: supervision, professional development, counseling, evaluations, scheduling, and recognition.
• Recruit, interview, and train team members.
