Overview
Talented Restaurant Manager with Hospitality and Scratch Kitchen experience to join Velvet Taco. We are a people-first culture that values teamwork and excellence.
Base pay range$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus
Building a People-First Team$55K - $65K + up to 10% bonus potential paid quarterly + PAID Training in Texas!
Position features a 5-day work week with a rotating schedule and growth opportunities within Velvet Taco.
Responsibilities- Support the management team in daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of food quality and cleanliness.
- Assist in training, development, and recognition of team members; promote a 5-star guest experience.
- Must be over 21 years of age
- At least 3 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience
- Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification (TABC/BASSET)
- Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Results driven and team oriented
