• Follow all company safety and sanitation policies and training
• Wash and sanitize plateware, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and utensils according to sanitation policies
• Clean and sanitize throughout your shift
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness: sweep, mop, remove debris
• Perform prep work, opening/closing duties, and beautification tasks
• Prepare and maintain the dish machine during shifts
• Stand and walk 100% of the shift
• Reach, bend, and stoop as needed
• Immerse hands in water frequently, including chemical solutions
• Speak, read, and write English proficiently
• Lift up to 50 lbs. multiple times per shift, including onto high shelves and in coolers/freezers
• Work in damp, high-temperature indoor environments and outdoors as needed
• Handle hot plates, pots, and pans safely
• Use sharp knives and utensils safely
• Support fellow employees as needed
• Complete and pass a food safety certification program, complying with company and state regulations
• Work a five-day week with two consecutive days off
• Benefits include paid vacation after 1 year (1 week), 2 weeks after 2 years, and 3 weeks after 10 years
