Base Pay: $14 per hour + generous tips. 4-hour minimum shift guaranteed.

The Concessions Bartender – Event supports the Concessions Department by providing first‑class service to all customers at BCPA and affiliated venues. The goal is to maximize sales opportunities and create a positive, memorable experience for patrons while enhancing the image of the Performing Arts Center Authority (PACA) as a premiere performing arts center.

• Successfully completed Responsible Vendor and Serv Safe Certifications.

• Showcase impeccable customer service, bartender knowledge, and enthusiasm for the bar menu.
• Keep the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service.
• Adhere to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Comply with all food and beverage safe handling and alcohol sale requirements.
• Know the correct cost of items, charge accordingly, and manage transactions for accurate money exchange.
• Accurately clock in and out for each shift.
• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Lift and carry a minimum of 20 pounds; stand, walk, bend, reach, kneel, and squat for several hours.

$14 per hour + generous tip opportunities.

• High School/GED or better (preferred).
• Experience and training in bartending preferred.
