Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bar Back to join our team at Shooters Waterfront. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, have excellent teamwork skills, and consistently exceed our guests' expectations. This role is pivotal in ensuring our bar operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing direct support to our bartenders and enhancing our guests' dining experience.

Location: Shooters Waterfront

• Assist in the setup of bars, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are prepared for service.
• Validate and maintain proper stock levels at the bar, including liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and other bar essentials, ensuring a continuous supply of items during service hours.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all bars, storage areas, and coolers, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Ensure ice wells are clean and filled at all times to support drink preparation and service.
• Support bartenders by pre-booking and preparing items for bar guests.
• Manage the cleaning of bar glassware, ensuring a steady supply of clean glasses for drink service.
• Transport bus tubs to the dish room and assist in restocking plates, silverware, and glassware as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the floors around the bar areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for guests.
• Assist in the delivery of food items from the kitchen to the bars, facilitating a seamless dining experience.
• Refill fruit caddies, straws, napkins, and other bar consumables throughout the shift to ensure bartenders have all necessary items at hand.
• Prepare large batches of mixers and juices for the bars, ensuring high-quality ingredients are used to maintain Shooters Waterfront's beverage standards.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
