We are seeking versatile Front of the House Team Members to fill roles such as Cashier, Guest Service Associate, and Drive-Thru Attendant. Our team focuses on guest hospitality, ensuring guests are served quickly, efficiently, and with a friendly attitude to encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities include taking orders on the POS, handling payments, executing speed and accuracy in the Drive-Thru, and providing excellent service in the dining area. Our team members enjoy working collaboratively and having fun while maintaining PDQ policies and procedures.

• Excellent guest service skills
• Minimum age of 16 years
• Availability for 4-8 hour shifts from 9 am to 10 pm
• Ability to work at least 3 days per week, including weekends
• Cash handling experience
• Fast and accurate ticket reading skills
• Strong organizational skills for drive-thru operations
• Ability to maintain a clean and sanitized workspace
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to connect with guests and deliver exceptional service
• Commitment to menu and service training
• Effective communication with team members, management, and guests
