S3 Restaurant is looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Cook to join our high-energy, fast-paced culinary team on Fort Lauderdale Beach. If you take pride in precision, creativity, and consistency — and thrive in a high-volume, upscale environment — we want to meet you.

• Experience preparing sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and specialty rolls
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of fish handling, storage, and sanitation standards
• Ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently during high volume
• Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Prepare sushi and raw bar items to S3 standards
• Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Keep sushi station clean, stocked, and organized
• Work closely with chefs and BOH leadership to execute service smoothly
