Our Team Assistants are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all supplies, dishware, and service stations are ready for our professional service staff.
We are currently seeking Team Assistant / Busser / Expo / Food Runner candidates who will dedicate themselves to delivering these core values to every guest. The role requires clearing dishware, polishing silverware, setting tables, and maintaining a brisk pace in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities- Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
- Professional and accurate communication.
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of wait staff duties and guest needs.
- All candidates must provide a telephone number for contact.
- Team Player – works well as a member of a group.
- Detail Oriented – capable of carrying out tasks with all necessary details.
- Motivation for providing exceptional service.
- Loyal – shows firm and constant support to the company.
High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).
ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years experience in a high-volume fine dining concept is preferred.
Licenses & Certifications- Alcohol Certification
- Food Certification
Hourly wages with tips. Estimated annual earnings range between $25,000–$43,000 for full‑time and part‑time positions.
