Team Assistant; Fine Dining

Our Team Assistants are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all supplies, dishware, and service stations are ready for our professional service staff.

We are currently seeking Team Assistant / Busser / Expo / Food Runner candidates who will dedicate themselves to delivering these core values to every guest. The role requires clearing dishware, polishing silverware, setting tables, and maintaining a brisk pace in a fast‑paced environment.

At Truluck’s, we proudly serve 100% sustainable seafood. We never serve endangered or over fished species and always follow Ocean Conservancy guidelines. Our Florida Stone Crabs are captured by our professional crabbers, and we source produce from local growers whenever possible.

• Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
• Professional and accurate communication.
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of wait staff duties and guest needs.

High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Minimum of two (2) years experience in a high-volume fine dining concept is preferred.

Hourly wages with tips. Estimated annual earnings range between $25,000–$43,000 for full‑time and part‑time positions.
