Our Team Assistants are the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all supplies, dishware, and service stations are ready for our professional service staff.

We are currently seeking Team Assistant / Busser / Expo / Food Runner candidates who will dedicate themselves to delivering these core values to every guest. The role requires clearing dishware, polishing silverware, setting tables, and maintaining a brisk pace in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all job functions in accordance with performance standards.
  • Carry out opening and closing duties as directed.
  • Maintain dining room cleanliness and safety; report any issues to leadership.
  • Assist servers with cleaning and resetting tables.
  • Set up and maintain service support stations.
  • Maintain, clean, and restock the restroom throughout the shift.
  • Properly dispose of leftover garbage, stack plates, wrap glasses, separate silverware, and dispose of duty linen.
  • Pre‑set large parties and prioritize table reset alongside the host department.
  • Inform host department or leadership of table availability.
  • Restock plates, flatware, and glassware in assigned areas.
  • Attend all Ambassador meetings and bring suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.
  • Adopt a spirit of teamwork and always keep the team in mind.
  • Perform any other related duties assigned by the leadership team.
  • Qualifications
    • Must be able to stand for 9 hours.
    • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
    • Ability to perform all job functions while wearing the specified uniform, including proper footwear.
    • Professional and accurate communication.
    • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of wait staff duties and guest needs.
    • All candidates must provide a telephone number for contact.

    Education

    High School diploma or equivalent (preferred).

    Experience

    Minimum of two (2) years experience in a high-volume fine dining concept is preferred.

    Compensation

    Hourly wages with tips. Estimated annual earnings range between $25,000–$43,000 for full‑time and part‑time positions.
