• Lead shift operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve escalated issues.
• Mentor and coach team members, providing feedback and coaching.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment.

• Stand and move for most if not all of your shift.

• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations, occasionally for training and other tasks.
