The Audit Manager-Quality Assurance Candidate will operate independently as a quality assurance partner with LATAM product lines, forming partnerships with audit controllers and audit leads.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the quality assurance team in coordinating QA global reviews and interacting during QA reviews
• Using briefing notes, newsletters, QA and methodology updates to produce effective communication tools
• Providing training when needed, hosting the regional QA open forum conference calls, and sharing best practices and common pitfalls with relevant teams
• Assisting the QA director with reviewing and improving internal audit methodology practices
• Drafting and presenting methodology documents, guidance notes and practice guides
• Providing day-to-day support to auditors on guidelines for methodology practices
• Developing and rolling out targeted methodology training
• Assisting QA director with reviewing completed risk assessments, Quarterly Plan Refresh papers, and Quarterly Business Monitoring for LATAM
• Conducting QA thematic reviews, analysis and assessment work, and drafting reports
• Performing reviews for audit committees, management committees and stakeholders in LATAM
• Consulting and reviewing responses proposed by internal auditors in LATAM

Requirements for the role include:

• Being an articulate and effective communicator
• Holding first-hand experience with Top Tier Bank Products
• Being highly organized
• Holding 5-7 years of diversified management experience
• Having experience in Metric Stream
• Having Spanish and Portuguese language skills
• Holding certifications in CISA, CPA, ACA, ACMA, CFA, SIX SIGMA, or CIA
