Position: Registered Nurse Roles – Green Card & Immigration Support for DACA/Asylum Eligible (0438)

This program is also fully sponsored and we provide transfer of license as well as visa processing.

Visa / Green Card Visa Sponsorship is included as part of this position with relocation bonus for a 3 year commitment.

Only candidates with NCLEX and RN License in the US or Canada are eligible.

To be considered you’ll need

Schedule: Days and Night shifts available, full-time hours - 36 hours a week, rotating weekends.

Shifts: 12-hour shift options available.

Job Description

The Med‑Surg Nurse is responsible for delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. This includes assessing, planning, and implementing individualized care plans to address each patient's unique needs and facilitate optimal recovery. The nurse provides both direct bedside care and indirect support, ensuring a safe, healing environment that promotes physical wellness and rehabilitation. This role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, efficient, and effective patient‑centered care.

Responsibilities

Include
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' medical and surgical conditions to develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects.
  • Provide direct patient care, including wound care, IV management, and monitoring of vital signs.
  • Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and post‑discharge care.
  • - Coordinate and communicate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor for changes in patients’ conditions, promptly addressing any adverse symptoms or complications.
  • Maintain a safe and sterile environment, following infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in discharge planning to support patients’ transitions to home or other care settings.
  • Support a positive, therapeutic environment that promotes patient comfort and recovery.
To be considered you’ll need
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
  • Current license to practice nursing in any US state or Canada (Flint will assist with your license endorsement).
  • One or more years of nursing experience in Behavioral Health service is preferred.

  • Efficiently triage and prioritize patient care based on medical and surgical needs.
  • Apply med‑surg nursing best practices, performing tailored interventions for each patient.
  • Work flexibly and responsibly, supporting the care team in a dynamic med‑surg setting.

Pay: $48.02 - $85.83 per hour
