Join Broward Health as a Registered Nurse in a Med/Surg setting. This full‑time, 0.9 FTE position offers a $12,000 sign‑on bonus (1‑year experience required) and a $3,000 employee referral bonus.

Summary

Plans, coordinates, provides, intervenes, and evaluates the care of assigned patients based on the treatment plan and individual patient needs. Participates with the interdisciplinary team to establish an individualized plan of care for each patient, develops a nursing diagnosis, and establishes care objectives.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN)
• Or, if attended an approved nursing school, must have two years of recent acute‑care hospital experience in the past three years

Experience

• One to two years’ experience required. May need to complete appropriate specialty training for the area

Credentials

• Registered Nurse
• BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross
• Hire‑On/Retention Bonus of $12,000.00 (1‑year experience required)
• Employee Referral Bonus of $3,000.00 (referee’s name must be listed on the application under referral source)
