This is a part-time, remote role, located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, for a Project Management Coordinator. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, coordinating events, streamlining organizational workflows, and ensuring successful program delivery. The Project Management Coordinator will collaborate with various stakeholders to support operational efficiency and align projects with the client goals.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Project Coordination and Project Management to ensure seamless execution of tasks and efficient resource use
- Proficiency in Program Management with the ability to oversee and align multiple initiatives
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess project success, and optimize processes
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders
- Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management tools and software is a plus
- A deep passion for community, grassroots organizing and collaborative initiatives
- Desire to make spaces better than how it was found when they began their work
Compensation: $21-27 per hour, commensurate with experience
