Job Description
TLF’s Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for Influencer/Athlete and Affiliate partnerships and collaborations and will play a crucial role within the Marketing & Sales Departments. Their primary focus will be on Influencer / Athlete and affiliate on-brand prospecting and outreach, developing key relationships, negotiating terms, and driving revenue through their developed and nurtured influencer accounts. Ensuring each influencer/athlete/affiliate selected has the audience, desire, skill set, and tools to drive D2C sales, while creating needed on-brand content for both internal and external marketing and sales initiatives.
This position includes recruitment, performance management, negotiation, relationship management, and driving key KPI metrics. This is a hybrid sales and marketing role, with the right candidate bringing extensive sales experience and skills, a high-performance and proven self-motivated mentality, in-depth knowledge of influencer and social media marketing, and using their relationship-building sales skills to solidify TLF influencer relationships, ensuring your influencer's / athlete accounts develop on-brand content and deliverables that meet and/or exceed TLF's brand guidelines.
As an expert in sales and highly knowledgeable in influencer marketing, recruitment, analytics, auditing, relationship management, and UGC, you will apply your expertise to driving new sales month over month to meet individual and team sales forecasts and goals.
- Keen ability to identify and recruit talent that represents the brand and company goals by actively sourcing, researching, contacting, and negotiating with passionate customers, content creators, and influencers to develop strong partnerships.
- Ability to identify influencer talent with an engaged audience, desire, and skill set to drive affiliate sales through coupon codes, and in conjunction with TLF promotions across all social media channels.
- Working knowledge and experience with Tik Tok shop and affiliates.
- Promote and support the TLF brand vision and goals with messaging across our influencer community to build and develop meaningful relationships.
- Ability to follow influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships through organic and sponsored content.
- Passion for the active wear and fitness industry.
- Find new influencer opportunities and manage, retain, and grow new influencers as brand advocates, managing 200-300+ active influencers per month.
- Innovate and enhance our influencer marketing approach, staying on top of the latest trends.
- Develop and plan promotional giveaways, grow engagement, and create and manage an ongoing promotional calendar for all influencer content and coordinate all SKU promotions to coincide with pre-launches, new drops, product life cycles, and core evergreen campaigns.
- Utilize campaign performance reports and dashboards to measure, report, and assess the performance of all social marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals, working with various analytical tools to inform decision-making and provide insights.
- Influencer content management, approval, and content monitoring, and social listening.
- Attending and aiding in managing logistics for field events where promotional products and event setup are required.
- Help ideate and host influencer events and pop-ups, as well as execute social/digital activations for key brand launches.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
- 5+ years as a proven, motivated, and self-driven sales representative highly proficient in social media influencer marketing and brand ambassador relations for consumer brands.
- Demonstrated success in sales training, coaching, and business development.
- Experience managing budgets and both paid/organic social content.
- Primary focus on Influencer / Athlete and affiliate on-brand prospecting and outreach, developing key relationships, negotiating terms, and driving revenue through nurtured influencer accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Data-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Bachelor's degree (Ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
