- Eitherdirectlymanageindividual Social-onlyaccountsorworkcollaborativelyaspartofaholisticmediaplanningteam
- Performtechnicalauditsfornewandexistingbusinessforpitchesandidentificationofadditionalopportunities
- Participateincrossfunctionaltraininginandoutsideofthe Social Department ,collaborating with
Digital,Search,Creative,Organic Socialand Account Serviceteamsonstrategyandresults - Communicatewithclientsdirectlyorvia Account Servicesaroundresults ,tests,andneedsonaweekly,monthly,orquarterlybasis.
- Actastheliaisonwithouragencypartners–Facebook,Snapchat,Pinterest,Linked In,You Tube,Tik-Tok,andothers
- Coachtheteamonwriting/testingrelevantadcopy,creative assets,andassistingwithlandingpageoptimization
- Provideon-goingupdatestothedepartmentonnew
Socialtechnologyandplatforms,aswellasevolvingbestpracticesinthespace - Developanddocumenttrainingtoassistcoachingteammembers
- Serveasanescalationpointforoperationaland/orclientneeds
- 8-10yearsofexperiencedevelopingstrategic
PaidSocialrecommendationsandstewardingsocialmediaaccountprojects,actingasaclientcontact - Deepunderstandingofadvancedanalyticsandperformancemedia
- Strongfamiliaritywithmarketingprinciples,analyticsandconcepts
- Exceptionallyskilledin Exceland Power Pointwiththeabilitytodiscusshowthosefunctionscanorshouldbeappliedrelativetothe Social Mediaplanningprocess
- Expertinnegotiatingandconstructing Social Media plans ,withunderstandingofplanning,buyingandactivation
- Experiencebuyingadson Facebook and Instagramiscrucial ,additionalplatformspreferred
- Exposuretoadvancedtargeting/retargetingtacticsinsocial,usedboth1stand3rdpartydata
- Experienceowningthefullsocialstrategyprocessinclusiveofworkingwithpartners,clientsandinternalstakeholders
- Exceptionalverbalandwrittencommunicationskills;abletoconfidentlypresentand“sellthrough”ideasbothinternallyandto
Clients,whilecoachingteammembersontheseskills - Comfortowningandmanagingbudget/investmentlevelsin
Social Mediaacrossmultipleaccounts - Strongexperiencenavigatingcross-department relationships
- Leadershipandsupervisoryexperienceintermsofdevelopingmediaprofessionals,includingstrategicandmanagementskills
