The Marketing Manager at Kelley | Uustal is a pivotal role designed to transform our marketing operations. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position was created not to increase execution volume, but to take ownership of our marketing strategy execution. By managing vendors and overseeing campaign deliverables, this role empowers the Marketing Director to focus on strategic initiatives. The Marketing Manager will significantly impact our brand presence, client engagement, and overall operational efficiency.
Whatyou’ll do
- Marketing Operations: Manage day-to-day marketing activities to ensure seamless workflows and output quality.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to optimize performance and maximize ROI from campaigns.
- Content Management: Develop and oversee content calendars, ensuring alignment with firm goals and brand standards.
- Project Oversight: Track deliverables and campaign execution timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our in-house videographer to provide direction and review drafts before final approval.
- Approval Coordination: Facilitate timely content approvals within confidentiality constraints with attorneys and paralegals.
- Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Lead Nurturing: Enhance lead nurturing processes to capture and convert opportunities effectively.
