About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Brand & Media Strategist to support the public-facing positioning of two company CEOs (one male, one female) across multiple businesses.
This role is focused on executive credibility, thought leadership, and media presence — not influencer marketing. The ideal candidate has experience working with senior leaders and understands how to translate real business operations, leadership perspectives, and strategic thinking into compelling narratives for articles, magazines, media features, and executive profiles

You will work directly with both CEOs and an internal assistant to develop and maintain distinct, authentic voices while ensuring alignment with the overall brand and business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain distinct executive brand voices for two CEOs
- Create and refine business personas for media, publications, and speaking opportunities
- Ghostwrite and/or oversee ghostwriting for:
- Thought leadership articles
- Op-eds
- Magazine features
- Executive bios and media kits
- Translate interviews and conversations into polished, publication-ready content
- Collaborate with PR firms and media partners on positioning and pitch strategy
- Ensure consistency and clarity across all public-facing executive materials
- Advise on media opportunities, panels, awards, and speaking engagements
- Manage timelines and deliverables in coordination with internal support staff
- 5+ years experience in personal branding, executive communications, PR, or ghostwriting
- Demonstrated experience working with CEOs, founders, or senior executives
- Strong ability to capture and differentiate multiple leadership voices
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a business-first mindset
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working at the executive level
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Familiarity with business publications and PR workflows
- Background working with leadership teams or founder-led companies
- Experience positioning both male and female executives effectively
- Not an influencer or social media posting role
- Not entry-level
- Not focused on trends, reels, or viral content
