Role OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator plays a key support role across all The Fort’s marketing activities. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you’ll assist in executing digital campaigns, coordinating social content and events, supporting event calendar and promotions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketing operations.
Key Responsibilities Campaign & Content Support- Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, paid media, and on-site channels
- Build, schedule, and deploy email campaigns and automated flows using Klaviyo, including newsletters, promotions, and member communications
- Support the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Director
- Update and maintain website content through Shopify, including promotional banners, event pages, and basic site edits
- Track and report on website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with foundational SEO efforts, including on-page updates, keyword alignment, and content optimization
- Support Open Table (Florida Room) marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, special dining experiences, and performance tracking
- Gather and organize content, copy, and creative assets from internal teams for emails, digital placements, signage, and website updates
- Assist in promoting Pro Shop retail items, seasonal offers, product launches, and e-commerce.
- Support campaigns to grow and retain memberships
- Coordinate content and promotions related to Florida Room dining specials, live events, and tournaments
- Serve as a key point of contact for marketing-related sponsorship deliverables and client activations
- Coordinate with partners to ensure fulfillment of branding, social media, and event-related promotional commitments
- Support the development of recap reports, showcasing ROI and engagement for sponsors and clients
- Maintain clear and professional communication with partner contacts, acting as a liaison between The Fort’s marketing and external stakeholders
- Manage a centralized marketing and events calendar for social, retail, and community activations
- Collaborate with programming, events, and operations teams to plan and promote fun, high-energy on-site happenings
- Ensure timely promotion of events across digital channels, signage, and local outreach
- Proactively ideate and coordinate recurring themed nights, pop-ups, or member experiences that drive engagement and foot traffic
- 1–3 years experience in hospitality or sports marketing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Familiar with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, and Klaviyo
- Strong writing skills and a sharp eye for brand consistency
- Experience in hospitality, sports, fitness, events or lifestyle brands
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, UTM tracking, CRM systems, Shopify
