This role is a strategic operations leadership opportunity to drive the compliant and high-quality scaling of our pre-roll products across regulated cannabis and hemp markets. The Procurement Manager & Production Support role is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted production and fulfillment through timely procurement, internal coordination, and structured Sales Order execution.

Role DetailsThe Lead acts as the internal execution coordinator between Procurement, Production, Fulfillment, and Inventory, ensuring system discipline is maintained through our project management platform. This position is critical for managing the supply chain flow, supporting internal coordination, and maintaining data accuracy across the department''s core functions.

- Manage purchasing, vendor negotiations, pricing, and lead times for raw materials, outsourced cannabinoids, and finished goods. Order outsourced cannabinoids and finished goods in alignment with production plans and project demand. Partner with Business Development to source, evaluate, and onboard new vendors.
- Ensure all sample materials are properly accounted for via Sales Orders under the Labs Sample Room.
- Ensure raw materials and outsourced products arrive ahead of planned execution. Support production floor coordination and resource allocation in partnership with the Production Manager.
- 5+ years of experience managing warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in a regulated industry such as hemp, cannabis, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, warehouse operations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and compliance-driven environment.
- Starting pay $55,000 yearly, open pay rate depending on experience.

- Bonus is based on KPIs: 50% personal performance and 50% company performance. KPIs are reviewed monthly, and bonus performance is evaluated quarterly. Final bonus approval is by the Director of Operations. The bonus structure and KPIs are subject to annual review and adjustment as the company scales.
