Warehouse Loader

* Receives load sheet from Warehouse Supervisor and assembles pallets accordingly.
* Gathers and organizes products from various staging areas and prepares them for loading.
* Check the route to ensure all products are at the correct door prior to loading.
* Ensure load is in proper sequence, following special instructions, exceptions and procedures.
* Scans all products too route with RF Scan Gun.
* Submits completed load sheet to invoicing for printing.
* Install wrapping or bracing to prevent shifting or damage in transit and label pallets.
* Operate warehouse equipment properly to load pallets onto designated trucks.
* Handle products to minimize damage.  Report damage of product or equipment
* Verify all Thermo King units are operating and report malfunctions to supervision
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment requiring constant walking, ascending/descending stairs or pallet jack platform, bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying.
* Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from
-30 F to 100+F.
* Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
* Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
* Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
* Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
* Ability to operate powered industrial vehicle (PIV).
