Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assembly Line/Test Associate. This position plays a key role in assembling and troubleshooting failures of heat pumps & test equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical ability and a commitment to precision, safety, and quality in a fast-paced production environment.
For Associates working on the assembly line, tasks include but are not limited to:
- Safety & Compliance:
Adhere to all company safety absolute and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Train or assist in training operators of run off stations to ensure tests are being properly performed, help to identify and resolve improvement opportunities and gaps with training
- First escalation point of contact for testing and programming operations:
Leak Test, Final Run Test, Motor Programming, and Controller Programming - Teamwork:
Assist with training new or cross-functional team members, contributing to a positive and cooperative team environment.
- Ability to read and apply work instructions, follow directions, understand and execute safety and quality procedures.
- Must be flexible to work in other departments when requested. Must be able to work overtime when requested.
- Must be able to speak, read and write English.
- Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or troubleshooting skills
- Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
