Shift Schedules- 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
We are seeking detail‑oriented and motivated individuals to join our team as QC and Packing Specialists. In this role, you will focus on quality checking, organizing, and securely packing items for shipment. You’ll also play a key role in training new packers to ensure adherence to quality and efficiency. Your precision and commitment will help maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Securely and accurately pack items for shipment, ensuring protection during transit.
- Organize inventory for accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure products meet high standards.
- Follow strict QC procedures to ensure product quality and safety.
- Train and mentor new QC packers, ensuring they follow all QC procedures.
- Maintain consistency and quality standards.
- Handle packages weighing up to 50+ pounds with physical endurance.
- Stand, bend, and perform tasks throughout your shift.
- Use computers for documentation and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
