Job Overview

Bindery Operator role at PIP Marketing, Signs & Print in Kissimmee, FL. Responsible for setting up and operating bindery equipment, assisting with mail production, and ensuring high-quality finished products.

You will be responsible for setting up and operating equipment as well as assisting in other tasks done with mail production.

• Perform bindery functions as noted on work orders or job tickets (folding, cutting, padding, numbering, GBC punching, spiral or coil binding, fastback, collating, scoring, perforating, drilling, stitching or stapling, laminating, and wrapping).
• Establish priorities by dates on job tickets and coordinate with management priorities.
• Package jobs, complete job tickets or work orders, and deliver receipts as necessary.
• Arrange delivery or shipping of items using the designated shipper on job tickets.
• Pull control file copy of work order or job ticket for delivered jobs daily and process remaining documents.
• Keep equipment clean, lubricated, and operable.
• Order supplies required using proper procedures.

• Minimum of six months in a production-type workplace.
• A willingness to be proactive and take action.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Team player that can work with others to deliver a project on time.
• A willingness to learn.

• Reject poor quality or incorrect jobs and notify management.
• Work with other staff members to exceed customer satisfaction and service expectations.
• Spanish language is a plus.

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
