HH Staffing is seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a small shopping center/mall, mixed-use building, and residential unit.
• Manage tenant relations for retail and office, including communication, lease compliance, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services. ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Manage leasing coordination, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure properties are well-maintained.
• Utilize App Folio for property management processes, work orders, tenant records, and reporting.
• Collaborate with ownership and bookkeeping teams.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, local regulations, and safety standards.
• Assist with budgeting oversight, invoice review, and expense tracking in coordination with accounting.

• Working knowledge of retail, office, and residential property management.
• Experience using App Folio or similar property management software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage a small portfolio independently and efficiently.
• Knowledge of basic lease administration and property operations.
• Professional, customer-service-oriented approach to tenant relations.
