Senior Project Manager, Revenue Management and Market Performance

We are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager, Revenue Management and Market Performance. The Senior Project Manager, Revenue Management and Market Performance, is responsible for leading high‑impact projects that drive commercial growth and optimize revenue streams across the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives that support business objectives and enhance financial performance.

They will lead the execution of complex, multi‑workstream initiatives aligned with the strategic priorities of the Commercial organization with direction from the Vice President, Revenue Management and Market Performance. The position plays a critical role in enhancing business outcomes through strategic execution, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership & Execution:
    Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects across cross‑functional and international teams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and ensure delivery within scope. Mentor junior team members to empower growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
    Facilitate regular updates, meetings, and communications with internal and external stakeholders. Manage relationships with international partners, adapting to cultural and time zone differences. Executive coordination and reporting: prepare executive status updates and dashboards.
  • Documentation & Decision Tracking:
    Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, scope documents, meeting notes, and decision logs. Track decisions and action items for accountability.
  • Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency:
    Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to workflows and project delivery practices. Contribute to project management standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Financial & Strategic Support:
    Assist in revenue management, forecasting, and performance tracking. Align project outcomes with financial goals and contribute to strategic planning.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Deep understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
  • Familiarity with revenue management principles and financial planning.
  • Awareness of global business practices and cross‑cultural dynamics.
  • Industry knowledge in cruise, hospitality, or travel sectors (preferred).
  • Advanced project planning, execution, and risk management.
  • Strong documentation and decision‑tracking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Teams).
  • Analytical skills for data‑driven decision‑making and performance tracking.
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication tailored to executive audiences.
  • Strategic thinking to align project goals with business objectives and anticipate challenges.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Influence and collaborate effectively without direct authority.
  • Build trust and alignment among international and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Drive process improvements and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Understanding of workplace policies and procedures; familiarity with team collaboration tools and techniques.
  • Strong time management, organization, and teamwork skills; professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multi‑workstream projects, with at least 3 years in commercial or revenue management roles.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Understanding of commercial strategy, pricing, or revenue management.
  • Background in the cruise industry or hospitality is preferred.
