ResponsibilitiesThe Director of Business Development oversees the provision of Sales, Marketing and Customer Service activities within the Marketing Department. The Director is responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through the effective application of marketing principles and methods. As a member of the facility management team, the Director is involved in discussions related to facility issues including strategic planning, growth opportunities, future projects, programing/protocol changes, recruitment and retention.
The Director is responsible for the facility’s strategic marketing plan, enhancing the facility’s brand/image, managing all sales and business development activities, and maintaining productive relationships with internal departments and key leaders, communicating issues proactively with the CEO and Director of Admissions/Intake. The organization is part of Universal Health Services (UHS), a recognized provider of hospital and behavioral health services.
