As a Management Trainee you will learn our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You’ll serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to run your own branch, grow new business and develop your team.

You’ll receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and get out into the community to build essential relationships.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 6‑month experience in any of the following:
  Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, hospitality industry) or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community, social, academic organizations).
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug‑related conviction on driving record in the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
