Overview

Vyntrix Connect is seeking an experienced Call Center Manager to lead daily operations and performance for a team of 20–30 outbound agents. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring direct experience managing teams using outbound dialing systems in a performance-driven call center environment. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of dialer management, agent productivity, and KPI optimization, and can lead from the floor.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and oversee a team of 20–30 outbound call center agents
  • Oversee daily operations using auto-dialer and predictive dialer systems
  • Monitor real-time dialer performance, pacing, and agent utilization
  • Ensure agents meet call volume, quality, compliance, and conversion standards
  • Lead daily huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
  • Track KPIs including dials, contacts, conversions, talk time, and attendance
  • Partner with Account Management and Operations to align campaign goals
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans
  • Support onboarding, dialer readiness, and ongoing agent training
  • Maintain a disciplined, high-energy, accountable call floor culture
Must-Have Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of call center management experience
  • Hands-on experience managing outbound teams using dialer systems (predictive, progressive, or power dialers)
  • Proven experience managing 20+ agents in a performance-based environment
  • Strong understanding of call center KPIs, reporting, and productivity metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Must be located within commuting distance of Fort Lauderdale, FL and able to work on-site
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM-integrated dialers and campaign pacing
  • Background in outbound sales, reactivation, or retention campaigns
  • Ability to troubleshoot dialer, pacing, and volume issues in real time
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns or client programs
  • Proven ability to drive performance while maintaining team morale
