We are looking for a devoted Floor Technician/ Porter whose responsibilies will be maintainig cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within the facility as well as restoring the floor surfaces. Their duties will include, but not limited to:
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Assisting with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces
- Performing window and wall cleaning duties
- Maintaining equipment and supplies
- Operating cleaning equipment
- Conducting minimal repairs and inventory checks
- Arranging furniture and fixtures
- Organizing supplies
- Keeping floors free from obstructions
