A property management company in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs. You will respond to service requests, assist with preventive maintenance, and help ensure all systems are safe and functional. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with HVAC and plumbing, strong customer service skills, and must pass a drug screening. This full-time position offers compensation up to $25 per hour, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
