The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of the condominium’s common areas and amenities. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff by performing routine and deep‑cleaning tasks in accordance with community standards.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize common areas including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors and surfaces
- Clean windows, glass doors, mirrors, and handrails in common areas
- Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas
- Clean and maintain amenities such as fitness centers, community rooms, and lounges
- Replenish paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to management or maintenance staff
- Follow proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Assist with special cleaning projects, seasonal cleaning, or event setup/cleanup
