We are seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale office. This fully onsite position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our attorneys in business and corporate litigation matters.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative and secretarial support to attorneys, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing case files.
- Assist with case preparation, including document review, filing, and court submissions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, hearings, and client communications.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff to support litigation matters.
- Previous experience as a litigation legal assistant or in a similar legal support role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
