Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in third-party insurance coverage and bad faith.
• Interest and experience in first-party property and insurance fraud investigation preferred.
• Strong analytical writing and trial advocacy skills.
• Steady and consistent work history preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
