We’re seeking a Corporate & Compliance Paralegal to support Vacatia’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation efforts. This role partners closely with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, HOA, HR, and external counsel to ensure our corporate records, compliance obligations, and risk management processes are executed with precision and care.

Your Impact:

• Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and compliance documentation across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Support formation, dissolution, and ongoing governance of corporate entities, including resolutions, consents, and meeting minutes.
• Track regulatory filings, annual reports, and compliance deadlines to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
• Assist with compliance initiatives related to hospitality, real estate, timeshare, and multi-jurisdictional regulations.
• Support internal audits, regulatory inquiries, and due diligence efforts for acquisitions, asset sales, and vendor relationships.
• Assist with litigation coordination, discovery requests, and document production as needed.
• Support preparation, organization, execution, and secure storage of contracts, NDAs, and compliance-related documentation.
• Serve as a liaison between Legal and internal stakeholders to ensure documentation readiness and compliance visibility.
• Support special projects and initiatives led by the Real Estate & Business Operations leadership team.

What You Bring:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field required;
  Paralegal Certificate preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, compliance, or paralegal roles, ideally within hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity organizations.
• Working knowledge of corporate governance practices, regulatory filings, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing professional documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems;
  Docu Sign experience preferred.
• Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
