This role offers significant courtroom exposure, autonomy in case strategy, and the chance to lead both trial and appellate litigation in matters affecting businesses and employers across Florida.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-stakes environments, has a sharp command of litigation procedures, and can manage a demanding caseload while delivering exceptional results.

• Lead litigation involving business and employment-related disputes

• Draft advanced pleadings, briefs, motions, and legal memoranda

• Handle depositions, discovery, trial preparation, and courtroom appearances

• Manage litigation strategy independently while collaborating with firm stakeholders

• Maintain detailed case documentation and meet critical deadlines
