Responsibilities- Lead and manage complex criminal defense cases from intake through verdict
- Mentor and supervise associate attorneys and staff
- Develop winning trial strategies and courtroom presentations
- Conduct legal research, draft motions, and appear in court daily
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with leadership on firm-wide initiatives and growth
- Florida-licensed attorney in good standing
- 10+ years of criminal defense experience
- 50 or more jury trials tried to a verdict (required)
- Proven felony-trial success rate
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish) a huge plus
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills
Compensation: $120,000 - $140,000 yearly
