We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to join our dynamic
legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing
comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of personal
injury cases.
In this role, you will be expected to:

• Assist with filing legal documents.

• Ensure legal files are up to date.

• Request any updated records (medical, police reports, etc).

• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence.

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case as
needed.

• Assist in depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies.
