We’re seeking a Paralegal to support Vacatia’s Legal function by providing high-quality legal, administrative, and organizational support across corporate, real estate, and compliance matters. - Prepare, review, and manage contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and related legal documentation.
- Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and compliance documentation across multiple jurisdictions.
- Support formation, dissolution, and ongoing governance of corporate entities, including board materials and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate document execution, signature processes, tracking, and secure filing systems.
- Assist with real estate, HOA, and resort-related transactions, including organizing closing documents, title reports, insurance certificates, and checklists.
- Support review of leases, easements, and property agreements for accuracy and completeness.
- Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements impacting hospitality, real estate, and timeshare operations.
- Assist with audits, due diligence efforts, litigation coordination, discovery responses, and document production as needed.
- Serve as a liaison between Legal, Finance, and operational teams to track contract status, renewals, and obligations.
- Support legal research, policy development, and special projects as assigned.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field required;
Paralegal Certificate preferred. - 5+ years of corporate or real estate paralegal experience, ideally within hospitality, property management, or multi-entity organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of contract lifecycle management and corporate governance processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing professional documents.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems; experience with Docu Sign and corporate databases preferred.
- Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.
