About YOU:
Are you an experienced paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on
complex and challenging cases? Do you have a passion for seeking justice for those who

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join
our dynamic legal team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for
providing comprehensive legal support to our attorneys as they handle a wide variety of
personal injury cases, from inception to resolution.
In this role, you will be expected to:
• Assist with drafting and filing legal documents, including complaints, motions,
and discovery requests
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations related to personal injury
cases
• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining case documents,
evidence, and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to the case
• Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
• Review and analyze medical records and other evidence to assist with case
preparation and evaluation
• Work collaboratively with the legal team to develop and implement case
strategies
