Overview

Our hospitality and travel client is seeking a Paid Social Media Specialist to join their growing social media marketing team on a contract basis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing paid social media strategies across platforms including Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube, and Pinterest, with a strong focus on driving traffic, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You’ll manage budgets, performance metrics, and reporting while serving as a key point of contact for agency partners and internal stakeholders.

Location:

This is an ongoing contract opportunity, hybrid (3 days onsite) in the Fort Lauderdale area, working 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize paid social media campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, and Pinterest
  • Develop campaign strategies informed by analytics, performance insights, and KPI tracking
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to continuously improve results
  • Manage budgets and pacing to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI
  • Lead and manage paid social programs across multiple platforms simultaneously
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid social efforts with broader marketing goals
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of professional paid social media experience (agency and/or in-house)
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple paid social channels, including Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, You Tube, and Pinterest
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and execute campaigns that drive traffic and revenue
  • Strong understanding of analytics and measurement frameworks to inform strategy and improve KPIs
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be local to South Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach) and able to work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) in the Fort Lauderdale area
