Your Purpose

MSC Cruises USA is expanding its media and marketing team to include a Digital Marketing Specialist. This position will manage digital marketing efforts and support the Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Agency Management, Digital Media & Affiliate Marketing Performance, Media Tool Management, Creative Trafficking & Billing.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office, in Miami.

Your Impact

  • Agency & Project Management:
    • Manage relationships with external media agency to ensure alignment with MSC Cruises' marketing strategies and objectives.
    • Plan, execute, and oversee digital marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all deliverables are met on time.
    • Manage priorities and timelines for Media Team across internal and external work streams.
  • Digital Media Performance
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
    • Oversee weekly reporting calls & channel deep dives with agency teams.
    • Collaborate with agency to provide optimization and test & learn recommendations.
    • Generate executive summaries and reports to communicate performance to stakeholders.
  • Affiliate Program Management:
    • Lead all aspects of the affiliate marketing program including agency management, recruitment, and performance.
  • Media Tool Management
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Media Pixels & Conversion APIs.
    • Partner with internal teams and product feed provider to generate and maintain products feeds for ad platforms.
  • Creative Management & Trafficking:
    • Responsible for gathering and disseminating creative and technical specs for all paid media campaigns across internal and external stakeholders.
    • Oversee trafficking of creative assets for media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
    • Manage Paid Search & Affiliate copy to ensure compliance and alignment with MSC Cruises’ promotional strategy.
  • Billing
    • Process invoices from Media Partners to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
Your Journey so far
  • Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of excel.
  • Knowledge of Paid Media & Web Analytics Platforms include Meta, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, DCM, Yahoo DSP, Tik Tok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Bing, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven understanding of the affiliate space and familiarity with all affiliate partner types (editorial, cashback, card-linked offers, strategic brand partners, etc.) and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms (Rakuten Advertising preferred).
  • Digital media planning experience at Ad Agency and/or in-platform hands on keyboard digital campaign management preferred.
