M365 migration Specialist

Travel:
Heavy travel involved across different states (at least 1 per week).

• Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
  
  QW
• Email (Exchange Online)
• One Drive for Business
• SharePoint Online
• Teams and other M365 apps
• Assist users with:
• Client configuration (Outlook, One Drive sync, Teams setup).
• Profile setup and authentication issues.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
• Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.
• Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.

• M365 Administration & Troubleshooting — 4-5 Years
• SharePoint Online & SharePoint Administration — 4-5 Years
• One Drive for Business (Sync, Sharing) — 4-5 Years
• Exchange Online (Email & Outlook Support) — 4-5 Years
• Microsoft Teams Support & Collaboration — 4-5 Years
• Strong Communication and Customer Support

The annual salary for this position is between 91,000 to 107,000 yearly depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
