Identity Management Consultant

3+ years hands-on experience with SailPoint IAM tools

Strong integration experience with:

Active Directory

Solid understanding of IAM protocols:

Scripting and automation for IGA systems (Java, Bean Shell, SailPoint NERM)

Ability to design and automate identity governance solutions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Access certifications and governance programs

PAM solutions (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust)

Familiarity with Saviynt or other IGA platforms

Job Description

Day-to-day:

Design, implement, and operate enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, with a primary focus on SailPoint Identity Now. This role supports access governance, identity lifecycle management, automation, and integrations across cloud and on-prem environments. Acts as a technical leader for major IAM transformation initiatives and partners with internal teams and external consulting firms.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and support IAM and IGA solutions

Build and maintain integrations across enterprise systems

Develop automation for identity lifecycle and access governance

Provide system administration and troubleshooting

Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve access needs

Lead and coordinate work delivered by external consultants

Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and milestones
