Senior Data Analyst – Business Growth Strategy

The Sr. Data Analyst – Business Growth Strategy plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s growth priorities by gathering, analyzing, and translating complex market, physician, and financial data into actionable insights. This position supports the Referral Growth and Physician Strategies teams by identifying referral and service line growth opportunities, maintaining core data systems, creating performance dashboards, and simplifying analytic findings for decision‑making.

The analyst manages multiple analytic platforms, ensures data integrity, develops standardized reporting, and partners closely with internal leaders and external vendors to ensure accurate and timely analyses that guide targeting, referral strategy, and business planning.

• Gather, clean, and analyze complex market, physician, and financial data.

• Identify referral and service line growth opportunities.

• Maintain core data systems and ensure data integrity.

• Create and maintain performance dashboards for stakeholders.

• Translate analytical findings into actionable insights for decision‑making.

• Manage multiple analytic platforms and develop standardized reporting processes.

• Partner with internal leaders and external vendors to deliver timely analyses.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Experience:
  
  Five years of relevant experience.
• Experience in health‑care business growth or analytics is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data‑visualization skills.
• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools and dashboard platforms.
