Program Manager, Qualtrics/Employee Experience Platform

Join our Talent & Culture organization as we lead the end‑to‑end delivery of Qualtrics‑based employee experience surveys.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Qualtrics‑based surveys: planning, execution, optimization; define scope, objectives, success metrics; deliver advanced surveys, workflows, dashboards, and automations within Qualtrics XM‑EX (Engagement, Lifecycle, 360). Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Oversee governance of the HR brand, manage demand, and develop a prioritized roadmap of deliverables.
- Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to align survey initiatives with organizational goals and update senior leadership on program status, risks, and outcomes.
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards that track engagement and program impact.
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, integration with HR systems such as Workday and Service Now; establish governance frameworks and best practices for survey lifecycle management.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG’s respectful and courteous work environment.
- Minimum five years of recent experience in program management within HR Tech or related domain.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or equivalent; or minimum five years of relevant work experience. PMP or Agile and Qualtrics certifications preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong knowledge of employee experience frameworks and HR analytics.
- Hands‑on experience with Qualtrics XM‑EX (Engagement, Lifecycle, 360) – survey logic, workflows, dashboards.
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and integrations (Salesforce, Jira, BI tools).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS; SQL preferred).
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without U.S. work‑visa sponsorship; KPMG LLP does not sponsor H‑1B, L‑1, TN, etc.
