Our client is a dynamic private investment and management firm looking for an HR Generalist to join their HR team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all personnel documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity within the HRIS.
- Serve as the first point of contact for team member inquiries regarding company policies, compensation, and internal processes; escalate complex matters to senior leadership as needed.
- Manage the new-hire journey from offer acceptance to the first day, including cross-departmental coordination with IT and facilities for a seamless equipment setup.
- Lead the end-to-end bi-weekly payroll cycle, including meticulous auditing, reconciliation, and resolving any wage-related discrepancies.
- Facilitate enrollment cycles, audit monthly insurance invoices for accounting accuracy, and ensure all carrier data feeds are functioning correctly.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing and/or HR
- Experience in benefits coordination preferred
