We are looking for an onsite HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role plays a key part in employee onboarding and offboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, and coordination with IT. The HR Coordinator serves as a primary resource for employees and delivers responsive, service-oriented HR support across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire communication, first-day readiness, and IT setup.
  • Manage payroll activities such as bi-weekly processing, audits, reconciliations, and responding to employee payroll inquiries.
  • Administer employee benefits, including eligibility tracking, enrollments, invoice audits, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant HR records, files, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, payroll, and hiring processes.
  • Support compliance efforts by completing required filings, audits, reporting, and workers’ compensation administration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and/or benefits administration.
  • Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and strong working knowledge of Excel.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, in-office environment.
  • Experience with benefits administration, payroll reconciliation, and data-driven reporting is a plus.
