* ** Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition:**  + Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
* ** Sourcing Candidates:**  + Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), Linked In, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.
* ** Intake Meetings:**  + Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives.
