• Lead full‑cycle recruiting efforts across all levels of the organization, ensuring the attraction, selection, and retention of top talent to support growth.
• Build and refine HR processes and programs, including onboarding, training, performance management, and recognition, to establish a best‑in‑class HR function.
• Partner with leaders to create workforce planning strategies that align with business objectives.
• Administer the employee performance management and development process, providing coaching and training for managers to drive effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements, maintaining accurate employee records and mitigating risk.
• Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage compliance and employee well‑being.
• Facilitate employee relations and terminations as needed, ensuring proper documentation and risk mitigation.

• SHRM or PHR certification.
• 7+ years’ experience in Human Resources, with strong focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Demonstrated ability to build HR programs and processes in a growing business.
• Expertise in training, coaching, and supporting managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to balance strategic and hands‑on responsibilities.
