Banquet House Attendant; On-Call

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for an O/C Banquet House Attendant to join the Food and Beverage team. This luxurious oceanfront retreat offers stylish service with globally inspired design. The hotel has 290 rooms with a pool terrace, private cabanas, a 6th floor fitness center, a tranquil spa, over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 5 food and beverage outlets (restaurant, poolside grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining).

As a Banquet House Attendant, you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
• Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at the beginning of events.
• Clean meeting space including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events.
